Icebreaker (insight to who is behind Current Effort)

Welcome to Current Effort! Our first blog post (good luck). We thought it would be fitting for y’all to get to know us better with this fun questionnaire we put together. Before we go any further, neither of us excel in grammar. If this is a pet peeve of yours, we apologize in advance butttt our blog may not be for you!…haha but seriously. Here we go….

1. Favorite piece of clothing you own/owned?

Sonni: probably my leather jacket from marshalls found forever ago! And my blue velvet ankle boots. But if we are going off my most worn item…definitely my black converse sneakers.

Jasi: (favorite as in get the most use out of them) my cognac booties from amazon. They go with everything and if you have seen me you have most likely seen those shoes.

2.What is something a ton of people are obsessed with but you just don’t get it?

Sonni: Younger girls wearing XL t-shirts and you can’t tell they’re wearing shorts. Actually any age….if your shirt is so big I cant see your shorts…..I just don’t get it. Also tall gladiator sandals.

Jasi: LuLaRoe

3. What would you rate a 10/10?

Sonni: Aquafor for my lips

Jasi: My anthropology fir and firewood candle. (RUN don’t walk and get you one)

4.What is worth spending more on to get the best?

Sonni: Diapers in general. No cheap diaper compares to the quality of the pricier ones-no one wants to change sheets every morning. And for sure healthy food with quality ingredients.

Jasi: Easy- Q-Tips!

5. If you could hire someone to help you, would it be with cleaning, cooking, or yard work?

Sonni: uhh cleaning. Hands down.

Jasi: I can answer before you even give me the three options. Cooking. Like she can start today.

6. If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?

Sonni: Taziki’s chicken plate: Greek salad, grilled chicken, lemon basmati rice with a side of cucumber dill dip. Google Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe and go there. I know we just met, but trust me.

Jasi: I could and basically do eat peanut butter sandwiches everyday. Buttt my fav meal is crispy honey chicken from PF Changs.

7. What is your favorite zoo animal?

Sonni: I choose to not choose. I feel sorry for the animals and fear my children will fall into the pit or cage and be eaten alive. Seriously, I had that dream for a complete week.

Jasi: Giraffe. Cue the moments of my life i’ll never get back watching and waiting for April to deliver.

8. What is your favorite movie?

Sonni: Crazy Stupid Love

Jasi: How to lose a guy in 10 days

9. What was your first job?

Sonni: a snack shop inside Walmart. So great.

Jasi: Australian tans. And I’m still trying to reverse the effects from that dang tanning bed.

10. What is one food you will not eat?

Sonni: hot dog!

Jasi: hot dog! So, you don’t have to invite either of us over on those nights.

11. Do you have kids?

Sonni: Two boys. Harper and Van

Jasi: girl and boy. Haven and Cash
